Six considered chapters — from the first quiet conversation to the keepsake that closes the day. This is how we hold your celebration from beginning to end.
I.Chapter I · The First Conversation
Every celebration begins in stillness. We invite you into a private conversation — in person, by telephone or video — to understand your story, the guests who matter, the venue you have in mind, and the emotional register you want the day to hold. There is no template to complete; only questions asked with care.
By invitation · Complimentary · 60–90 minutes
II.Chapter II · The Written Vision
Within seven days of our first conversation we return with a bespoke design proposal — a document drawn from scratch that reads more like a private edition than a quote. Palette, floral architecture, lighting, spatial flow, materials, printed suite. Refined together until each detail is unmistakably yours.
Delivered within 7 days · Fully bespoke · Iterated until right
III.Chapter III · The Careful Preparation
Once the design is signed, we take quiet custody of the calendar. Vendor coordination, floral sourcing, technical drawings, load-in schedules, risk assessments, contingencies. You are kept in touch as much or as little as you wish — many of our clients hear only the essentials until the week itself.
Full logistics · Vendor coordination · Timeline & production
IV.Chapter IV · The Day Before
Our team arrives at the venue to build the celebration in silence. Florals conditioned overnight, tablescapes composed by hand, lighting tuned by eye, printed suites laid at each place. By the time you arrive, the room already breathes — and every detail has been walked, checked and quietly perfected.
On-site installation · Overnight conditioning · Full styling
V.Chapter V · The Celebration
On the day, our on-site direction is discreet and complete. You are present only to your guests; every logistical concern is held by our team. From processional to first dance to the final send-off, the celebration unfolds as designed — and we remain until the last candle is extinguished.
White-glove on-day direction · Discreet, complete presence
VI.Chapter VI · After the Final Toast
In the weeks that follow, we archive the celebration on your behalf — professional photography and film curated into a private folio, pressed florals where fitting, and a handwritten note to close the chapter with care.
Private folio · Pressed florals · Handwritten close
